You must acknowledge and accept that Trading Titans Ltd’s services and materials are exclusively intended for instructional purposes, and that no individual or entity shall be held accountable for your trading choices. Any advice given by Trading Titans Ltd’s mentoring team or from other sources is not a promise or a guarantee of future gains or losses. Subscribers MUST carefully read the following Agreement. You fully agree to these terms and conditions by using this website. The intellectual property rights of the portal and the content on the website belong to Trading Titans Ltd and/or its management team. Without the explicit consent of the provider of the service, you undertake not to modify any part of the service, usage of the service, access to the service, or any contact on the website through which the service is given. You consent to not sharing Trading Titans Ltd’s group channels/discussion boards or video links.

PRODUCTS/SERVICES

Without prior warning, our product prices might vary (Subject to change). We retain the right to change or stop providing the services (such as any features or material within) at any time and without prior notice. Any time the services are altered, its pricing is changed, suspended, or it is discontinued, we will not be responsible to you or any third parties.

BILLING/ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Any order you place with us may be rejected by us at our sole discretion. For whatever transaction you make, you promise to give true, current, and comprehensive account and purchase information.

Payment attempts/reminders (PayPal & Stripe)

If a payment fails, PayPal retries the payment every five days. PayPal retries the payment up to twice per billing cycle. If the second attempt to collect payment fails, PayPal counts this as a payment failure and you will need to contact us to unfreeze your subscription.

Stripe does automatic invoicing of customers and attempts payments when the new billing cycles start. When payments fail, Stripe retries them using the Smart Retries feature. If the second payment fails then the member will be charged a £15 late fee on top of their monthly subscription.

Payment reminders

If there is a failure of any payment the first time around, subscribers will receive a message from PayPal, to remind them that it will be attempted again within 5 working days. If no action is taken, the account will be temporarily frozen until renewal. 

Stripe automatically re-attempts payment up to 8 times when cards are declined.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Do not simply trade or make investments based on information or provided trade ideas. Trading involves a significant amount of risk and is not recommended for all investors. To invest in the market, you must be aware of the dangers and prepared to accept them. By accepting the terms of this agreement, the subscriber acknowledges that they are aware of the fundamentals of transactions and accepts the possibility of total asset loss when engaging in financial trading. You accept that Trading Titans Ltd is not responsible for any success or failure of your personal usage that is directly or indirectly connected to your purchase. This includes the use of our information, weekly analysis setups, products, and services.

TERMINATION

Sharing videos, PDF files, or links containing material from Trading Titans Ltd is not permitted. If it is discovered that a member is spreading the information given by Trading Titans Ltd, that member will be instantly terminated. In particular, no information should be shared with any individuals or entities who would be deemed as competition to Trading Titans Ltd. If proof is found for someone who is sharing such information, including signals, then Trading Titans Ltd are within their rights to file a lawsuit against the individual without any prior notice. You will not be able to access anything associated with Trading Titans Ltd, including trade ideas and group chats.

Legal Action

Trading Titans Ltd is within full rights to take legal action against anyone who copies, steals or modifies their logo as it is trademarked and the sole property of the company.

Defamation Clause 

The subscriber understands and agrees not to disparage, degrade, slander, libel, or otherwise defame the company (Trading Titans Ltd) services, properties, or assets, or the other’s employees, staff, agents, or representatives at any time during the course of their active membership and beyond.

REFUND/PAYMENT POLICY

If a subscriber wishes to upgrade, downgrade or alter their chosen package, a minimum of 7 working days notice is required.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a subscriber wishes to pause or terminate their membership, a minimum of 7 working days notice is required. Termination will be applicable from the date of original renewal.

• If any discounted rate was given prior to joining Trading Titans Ltd, this will not be applicable for renewal or if the subscriber cancels and rejoins again.
• Once a subscriber has terminated their membership, they will only be allowed access to the content of Trading Titans Ltd upon renewal of their active membership.
• The resources and services of Trading Titans Ltd are not accessible to non-paying subscribers.
• Account subscriptions cannot be shared between people who are not within the same household.
• No exceptions are made with the refund and payment policies.

Alternative payment dates

If a subscriber wishes to make changes to their payment date, a minimum of 7 working days of the most recent billing cycle is required.

Refunds

We do not accept returns for any reason since our services and education are digital products that are simple to copy and keep. You accept this policy and our decision not to handle refunds!

However, should you experience any problems with merchandise, such as items being faulty upon delivery, we endeavour to do our best to ensure you receive the best quality merchandise Trading Titans Ltd has to offer. Merchandise items are subject to your chosen subscription (Pro or Ultimate).

REFERRAL PAYOUTS

Our referral payout system has two levels: Payouts for Honorary (Non paying) subscribers & Payouts for Emperor (Paying) subscribers and is as follows:
